EMPOWERING EMOTIONAL GROWTH THROUGH CREATIVITY, CONVERSATION, AND CONNECTION.
At Feel Grow Connect, we create safe, vibrant spaces where emotional intelligence comes to life. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, our approach is rooted in trust, creativity, and human connection.
Through group programmes, 1-to-1 sessions, and visual tools, we support people in exploring their emotions, building confidence, and feeling truly seen. Our work is age-appropriate, accessible, and always grounded in empathy helping every individual feel more curious, calm, and connected to themselves and others.
Feel safe. Grow strong. Connect deeply.

Let's hear it
Story from founder
When I was 14, I lost my granny—the one person who made everything feel safe. Back then, no one really talked about grief or emotions. I didn’t have the tools to process what I was feeling, so I carried the pain and turned it inward. That unspoken grief shaped my teenage years and followed me into adulthood.
Years later, after the Grenfell tragedy, I found myself supporting young girls through self-love sessions at Kensington Aldridge Academy. It was in that room surrounded by honesty, emotion, and vulnerability that I realised: this is what I was meant to do.
Feel Grow Connect grew from that moment. A grassroots practice built on lived experience, emotional intelligence, and creating safe, reflective spaces for young people to feel, grow and connect.
